Information for Publishers & Advertisers for PSA16

Program Advertisements, Delegate Packet Inserts, and Sponsorships of Events at PSA2016 are great ways to promote your department, center, university, organization, publications, or company. Information about each is below. You can sign up for each in one location. You need not sign up for all at the same time, or pay for them in the same way. PSA2016 Program Advertisements

• Advertisements were included in the print version of the PSA2016 Program, the electronic version of the PSA program, and the meeting app (which were shared by PSA, HSS, and SLSA). The expected attendance for PSA2016 was 650. The expected attendance for the joint PSA/HSS/SLSA Conference was 1600.
  • Prices:
    • One page + meeting app banner ad ($200)
    • Two pages + meeting app banner ad ($350)
    • Three pages + meeting app banner ad ($450)
    • Inside Front Cover + meeting app banner ad ($350)
    • Back Cover + meeting app banner ad ($350)
    • Inside Front & Back Cover + meeting app banner ad ($600)
  • Print Ad Size: 4.25" wide x 7" tall. Ads must be a high resolution pdf file.
  • Meeting App Banner Size: 600 pixels wide, 110 pixels tall. The banner ad should be a PNG file & less than 2 MB.
