Donate online to the PSA!
It is now easy for anyone to donate online to the Philosophy of Science Association, and, moreover, to direct your donation to any one of the five PSA funding categories: the PSA General Operating Fund, the PSA Women's Caucus Prize Fund, the PSA Sponsor-a-Scholar Program Fund, the PSA Recent Ph.D. Essay Award Fund, and the PSA Graduate Student Essay Award Fund.
Simply click on the 'Donate to the PSA!' link in red at the upper right corner of this webpage to make a donation. Your donation will be processed securely by the University of Chicago Press and acknowledged with a letter from the PSA. Donations to the PSA, a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax-deductible for U.S. citizens. You may donate whether or not you are a member of the PSA, and you may elect to donate anonymously and in honor another person.
Since 1934, the Philosophy of Science Association has promoted research, teaching, and the free discussion of issues in the philosophy of science, becoming in the process the world's premier academic association for scholars of science. Today the PSA's mission has never been more significant, or exciting. In the coming decades the PSA will increase its efforts, promoting new research, advancing the teaching of philosophy of science, and placing the discipline firmly within the global discussion of science in the 21st century.
The PSA's mission is formidable, and its achievement requires support from all scholars of science. I encourage you to consider supporting the PSA with your donation!
